following is an email i got from mypsptubes.com but look at what they are doing on their site right now seems they can do whatever the hell they want but no one else can

It has been brought to my attention that a group TC Graphics- http://forums.talkcity.com/tc-graphics on your forum http://forums.talkcity.com was recently reported to My PSP Tubes www.mypsptubes.com for violations of our Terms of Use. TC Graphics was reported for containing tags that are not properly credited per My PSP Tubes Terms of Use http://www.mypsptubes.com/index.php?p=page&page_id=terms_and_conditions

6. All My PSP Tubes tubes must have the copyright symbol, full name of the artist and artist website (depending on group rating) plus your My PSP Tubes license number clearly visible. You may not place a copyright symbol with your name on or around the image as it is considered a derivative work. You can, however put "tubed, tagged, sig by, etc" as your tagging mark.

Please credit your creations like this: © Full Name of Artist / Artist website / MPT####

7. You may use only the My PSP Tubes images in your licensing package. If you have been using My PSP Tubes artist images for which you currently do not have a My PSP Tubes License, those may not be used. Purchasing an image and acquiring a license does not give you the unlimited access to any image except the one you've purchased directly

This group has also begun to post messages asking members to boycott My PSP Tubes. They were reported for violations against My PSP Tubes terms of use; due to their own negligence and it seems now they are mad over being reported and starting this boycott against the company.

We would like to have this removed from the forum as it could be considered slander toward My PSP Tubes. Below are links to the posts about boycotting My PSP Tubes

We also request that they immediately cease and desist the sharing of Any and ALL artist tubes that come from My PSP Tubes (www.mypsptubes.com). Failure to do so will result in further action being taken against the group,

Including contacting the ISP provider and/or this matter sent to the legal department for review and further action. This is not my intention but if the sharing and slander of the company continues it will be the next step.

We are giving the group 48 hours to comply with our cease and desist order. Please help us by complying immediately with our cease and desist request; this will keep us from forwarding this over to the legal department for further action. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this matter.
